Martines Residence
This project was in rough shape when the owners moved in and we started work. From an overgrown fence line to a non-working pool & spa, drainage, and erosion issues. This project was a true test of abilities for all company divisions.

This yard had trees and shrubs that were in poor shape which we had to remove to revitalize the yard.

Over 300 ft. of retaining wall 6 ft. around the new pool deck area & outdoor entertainment area. Concrete being pumped over home to create a base for the new pool deck pavers.

We installed a stairway to meet up with a discover paver walkway that leads to the pool deck and blue stone firepit area.

Irrigation, sod and grey slate landscape beds installed in front of retaining wall.

The back corner of the property was functional but had trees and shrubs in poor condition and needed to be a more useable space for family and friends.
